Happy 3rd Birthday Liverpool Live TV!

Happy 3rd Birthday Liverpool Live TVLiverpool Live TV CIC is 3 today and like most 3 year olds, we have found our feet, established our presence and are reaching out, trying new things and finding our voice.

The past 3 years have been quite a journey. We have seen over 40 volunteers coming and going – many, if not all leaving with successful outcomes. A lucky few have even found employment with the likes of ITV and Channel 4. We’ve also supported 100’s musicians taking part in 3 series of Red Sofa Sessions and 2 summer “ontour” series. We have shot over 650 productions to date covering the best events and music festivals in the City of Liverpool and we have become firmly rooted in the creative culture. You may have attended one of our stages at Farm Feast, Above the Beaten Track or Liverpool Acoustic Festival to name just a few.

Recent acknowledgement of this volunteer programme has lead to Liverpool Live TV being nominated as “Mentoring Champion of the Year” at this year’s SEN Powerful Together Awards.
