Tim Banfield, commercial director of ACC Liverpool, home to BT Convention Centre and Echo Arena, said its extended box office will enhance the existing service for customers. He said: “Our box office has served more than 2 million tickets since we opened in 2008 and we aim to build on this success by providing an extra service for customers. We already have 300 events signed up to TicketQuarter and this is set to grow”
The waterfront venue established the new service after an increase in demand on its Echo Arena box office. This will remain on site at Kings Dock along with the existing website www.echoarena.com
